Fully agree on the first one.

For the second one, I'm really struggling to see how it wasn't staged. According to Secret Service reports, the guy was waiting for 12+ hours in the bushes to have a shot on Trump. But apparently, this was supposed to be an unplanned stop to play golf. So, how did the suspect know to wait there? IMO, either someone on Trump's security detail tipped him off (less likely), or it was a setup.

He may have just been hiding in a bush being crazy

I do that some times too. Hell, maybe I'll go hide in a bush and be crazy this afternoon... It's been awhile.

It's possible, but it seems like an awful coincidence, him hiding in a bush with a rifle and body armor at the same golf course at the time Trump "spontaneously" decides to play a round at.

Eh. If you know the guy golfs, and know the guy frequents the course. We don't have info on if he had been waiting there around the same time for several days and leaving in the evenings or anything like that. A little scouting work goes a long way. He could have cased the place for a month, known the dude usually golfs there on say Wednesdays, and just planned from there. Just because you're crazy doesn't mean you're completely nonfunctioning. That aside, Trump golfs a LOT.

The Trump part is a pretty big coincidence, but he could have been out there for other reasons
