In short:

A real estate listing for a three-bedroom unit near Bronte Beach in Sydney has sparked outrage for a series of "red flag" rules for prospective tenants.

I just assumed they were renting out the place for the other 10 hours to somebody else. Like hot bunking for rentals....

If it's $950 for 14 hours, I'd happily take $680 to be locked in for those 10 hours!

And to be clear I'd give them a 5 star review and highly recommend them!
