"Do you drink 47 year old dairy milk?" Is he insinuating that somebody drank Tim Walz's 43 year old "spoiled" semen to get pregnant? Does he not know that semen is constantly being created and it doesn't just sit around for years at a time? Playing devil's advocate though, older women are at a higher risk of giving birth to babies with developmental disabilities and older fathers are at a higher risk of having babies with other issues, so age is a factor, but it's a really weird take to have on the whole thing.
He probably thinks it's just waiting around in the balls. But that's just silly.
Extremely silly. We all know that that is where the pee is stored.
Can confirm, I'm female and my vaginal cavity has a consistent moistness. Obviously this is the pee that I have no balls to store them in.

Common assumption that women have balls, while it's true a minority of us do. It is well documented the disability of being able to contain pee in a pee receptacle disproportionately affects women.
It can not just be "Waiting around in the balls", there'd no room for the pee which we all know is stored there!
