so i tried freerunner for first time and i really suck at it so i need some info

how do you utilise freerunning, when do you decide to freerun, how do you manage throwables like which throwables you use, do you upgrade them, if you use telekinetic grab, how do you manage them, like do you just buy all the darts from the shop and alchemize them into liquid metal? this is what comes to my mind knowing that freerunning is suitable if you want to gain distance between you and enemy

so if you have some another playstyle as well, i will glad to hear them

thanks in advance for helping this noob how really sucks at freerunning

The idea behind freerunner is that you run from fight to fight with enough time in between each encounter for your ability to recharge, so you pretty much always move at 2x speed with bonus evasion in combat. I would recommend focusing on throwables only if you have a ring of sharpshooting or upgraded boomerangs, as that makes you a menace at range. For this, you play similarly to a sniper build, with tele grab. Rings of haste and evasion also work nicely with freerunner. Tbh freerunner isn't as good as assassin unless you already have the rings I mentioned above or a ranged build with a crossbow or something, so you have items that synergise with your ability.

how do you manage to run away from enemies like scorpios and crabs(while ascending)?

When crippled and free running you run as fast as they do. To run any faster, you want to have that ring of haste. When enemies move as fast as you, you can do a half circle around a 1 block obstacle (like grass) and they will lose track of you. Glyph of flow or haste also help, as will ethereal chains or timekeepers hourglass. Or just stealth, which gives you the bonus move speed even if not free running, just level the appropriate ability. Plus, free running stacks with haste or stamina potions, so use that to your advantage.
