This is how it looks where i live:
In other states in germany it looks different. We have partly copied some of the numbered system of the netherlands, but it is not as widespread.
Here in Schleswig-Holstein they look very similar but they are green instead of red.
I have never seen the nides being numbered however.
They're in the process of setting these up here I think, so quite new. I had a look on osm and at least some places in SH seem to have some kind of numbered node system too.
