Just like how America wanted to ignore Nazi Germany and stay out of conflict? No thanks. Discussion around conflicts is generally much more good for public awareness and education than promoting intollerance.

You have a point, and I support that. But it's just too much. The whole internet (English speaking social media) is currently just a shit storm of American politics that nobody cares about. We've seen 50 different angles of a stupid ear. Daily we see 10 different politicians, news stations or whatever people that suddenly get a platform saying stupid stuff about . And do you know what we don't get? Actual discussion about actual problems.
