I was told that eyebrows grow very slow and irregular back. It looks very odd for quite a while

I know a couple people who have shaved their brows. Looks weird, then normal. Not irregular, anyway., and I don't think many people notice half brow vs. full brow on most people.

Maybe I'd notice on this guy with his owl wings:
