Clown Core is also a band. The music is oddly appealing too....

Wait... Is Knower the same folks as Clowncore?

[–] Hagdos 5 points 4 weeks ago (2 children)

Both have Louis Cole. But the singer from Knower is not in Clowncore, and the sax guy from Clowncore is not in Knower

[–] [email protected] 5 points 4 weeks ago (2 children)

Yes he is. That’s Sam, the saxophonist. I mean, you could argue KNOWER is just Louis and Genevieve, but there is a full band KNOWER and Sam is in it.

Oh neat. Thanks this is interesting

[–] Hagdos 2 points 4 weeks ago (1 children)

Oh, never knew that, thanks!

But Genevieve isn't in Clowncore for sure, so I wouldn't argue Knower is Clowncore

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 weeks ago

Yeah, KNOWER definitely isn’t clowncore, it’s just that a founding member and a full band member make up clowncore. KNOWER is for sure Genevieve and Louis.

Thanks, very interesting.

Louis Cole is a modern musical genius

[–] Fetus 8 points 4 weeks ago

He really is. He may be the most instantly recognisable drummer I have ever heard. Such a unique style.

Hell is one of my favorite songs. I love clowncore. That's the only reason I'm here TBH. Some jugalo chick doesn't really rock my boat.

I think this aesthetic is sometimes called circuscore, maybe to differentiate it from the band?

She’s down to clown. She has downed many clowns.
