Secure

The Foundation secures anomalies with the goal of preventing them from falling into the hands of civilian or rival agencies, through extensive observation and surveillance and by acting to intercept such anomalies at the earliest opportunity.

Contain

The Foundation contains anomalies with the goal of preventing their influence or effects from spreading, by either relocating, concealing, or dismantling such anomalies or by suppressing or preventing public dissemination of knowledge thereof.

Protect

The Foundation protects humanity from the effects of such anomalies as well as the anomalies themselves until such time that they are either fully understood or new theories of science can be devised based on their properties and behavior. The Foundation may also neutralize or destroy anomalies as an option of last resort, if they are determined to be too dangerous to be contained.

After I didn't find a RSS feed for new SCPs i did some research and found a way to pull it off. Just posting here so the next person has it easy :)

I combined the official RSS from wikidot which pushes every site change. http://community.wikidot.com/help:rss with the RSS filter mentioned in the top comment from this reddit post. https://www.reddit.com/r/rss/comments/7yvr49/any_service_that_can_filter_rss_feeds/

So now I have a RSS feed for every new entry.

For those interested in the feed: https://siftrss.com/f/y6kApvNRyqd

Hi there! I recently read "There's No Antimemetics Division" and thought the whole novel was really cool! The whole concept of the memory being your enemy is pretty intriguing and creates a big and overwhelming adversary, and I would like recommendations of some media with similar vibes (could be books, other scps, podcasts and so on). The scales don't need to be as high as in the novel, it could be an murder with some superhuman capabilities, but at the end it doesn't really matter, I just want a cool story with some big brain concepts to have fun.

Being in the SCP community, I’ve written my fair share of articles. My first one written when I was way younger and didn’t know there were more SCPs than 173, 096, 682, and 049 a pretty poorly written SCP about a Venus flytrap that photosynthesizes electric energy and releases EMP waves. I rewrote it to better standards when I was old enough to have any sense of writing standards, but I never did anything with it. Or any of the other SCPs I’ve written. Mainly sharing between friends and writing for fun but never seriously posting one. (Other than that one, which I had up for about 10 minutes before I realized the formatting was way off), but I’d like to know, does anyone else write SCPs but never post them on the official site or elsewhere?

Out now in Steam Early Access, SCP: Fragmented Minds is a survival horror game that strands you on a Martian research base. Even worse, everyone is either dead or cowering in some other area of the complex. That’s not an unfamiliar concept, but the difference with SCP: Fragmented Minds is it’s based in the rich and deeply uncanny lore of the SCP collaborative fiction project. (...)

The steam reviews are looking good thought I’d ask the community before I buy it

I say specially article and not SCP because I’ve found a number of articles whose format is simply put amazing. From a infinitely looping article made to keep a SCP busy to a full on RPG maker game I want to know what is your favorite unique article
