I'm going out of town. Was gana bring my keyboard, mouse and quest 2 with me to remote connect to my home pc. I wana play pancake games using the keyboard. The mouse works fine-ish but it's the keyboard I'm running issues into. When booting up the new horizon game on steam no keyboard input from the quest work, game probably uses raw input. I'm ask if there's a fix, or a alternative but if there is none there is none.

So I tried to uninstall and redownload blade and sorcery nomad because I didn't like one of the mods and I couldn't uninstall the mod through the mod menu. But when I tried to redownload the game, it doesn't let me. There's no "install" button on the home menu and instead the game is greyed out. It's the same on the app too, it says it's downloaded when it isn't. Could someone please help me out on this because I have absolutely no clue on what's wrong with it.

Hi everyone!

My bf and I are considering getting a Quest 3. I used to have a Quest 2 and really enjoyed it as I’m a gamer and the possibilities with VR gaming are great.

He’s into tech and the idea of VR and mixed reality but isn’t a gamer - what cool things would he be able to do with the Quest 3?

Opening Beat Saber just hung on the title screen so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now when I open it, it brings up the Store page. I can select "Start", but nothing happens.

Presumably latest version of BS as I just reinstalled it and Quest 3 on V63.

Help. Quest 3 boots up to the choose account screen, but I have no way to select continue. Neither controllers or hands register. There's a little dot in the center of where I'm looking, but I have no means of selecting anything. When pressing and holding the power button, the power off/restart screen appears and there controllers work just fine. I'm at a loss. Can't log into the device. Tried restarting multiple times.

Some recent changes on my end: on vacation so new location, added a secondary account so Quest always boots to switch account screen, and recently updated to V63.

Hello does anyone have issue with immersive?

I just bought my quest 3 yesterday and I installed immersive to play wow on massive screen.

Unfortunately I'm unable to start the app it gets stuck at 3/4 loading and that's it.

No I don't have 20€ to pay for virtual desktop sadly. (I do but my wife won't let me)

Right after initial steps quest updated it's firmware to newest version so that shouldn't be the issue.

Any help would be appriciated.

I used to have no issue using my vr headset with the gaming laptop I have. I've recently reset my laptop tho just to have a fresh start and now all of a sudden it's not compatible? Can't figure out the issue

My Quest 3 controllers are not detected when I launch Arizona Sunshine on SteamVR via Virtual Desktop, and VDXR doesn't work. Anyone ever encountered this ?

Hello community.

I have the following problem with my Quest2, after the last update the glasses stopped saving my guardian system, it gives me the following message:

"The limit was not saved

To solve the problem, restart the headset. If you continue, you will have to draw a new boundary every time you put on the headset."
(in spanish)
"No se guardo el limite

Para solucionar el problema , reinicia el visor. Si continuas tendras que dibujar un nuevo limite cada vez que te coloques el visor."

I tried to factory reset them, it worked fine for the first few minutes, then when I finished downloading my games and configuring my profile this thing happened to me again.

I tried deleting the Guardian data as well and was unsuccessful.

Has anyone had something similar happen to them? Could you help me?

The included info is my pc specs now. I just upgraded my quest 2 to a 3 and want to give my pc an upgrade as well. When my budget is around 350-450 and I don’t mind second hand parts, what should I upgrade for the best VR experience? (For context: my pc knowledge is not very good)

I'm a user of both Quest 2 and Quest 3. I've spent the most time playing Beat Saber. I'm curious to know what game you've played the longest, so I can download and try it out.

Thank you for taking the time to help me out.

My issue is that I don't know exactly how much power my MSI motherboard USB-C port delivers.

It can never fast charge neither my phone which support 30W fast charging, nor anything else, I find this problematic when connecting the Meta Quest 3 via cable link to the pc using the usb-c port. the battery drops as if it's not plugged ,albeit at a slower rate.

The USB-C version is 3.2 I didn't manage to find out which generation, and whether it supports power delivery or not. Nothing in BIOS that indicates either.

The MSI motherboard is PRO B760M-P

I would be extremely grateful if anyone could help me figure this out, thank you for your time.

I am currently playing VR boxing games as an exercise substitute. I'm also occasionally playing games like Beat Saber, Until You Fall, Pistol Whip, OhShape, SynthRiders and Ragnarock to switch things up a little bit

I'm reaching a point where this exercise is becoming less demanding and I'm looking for ways to up the ante without damaging my body.
I'm looking at buying wrist weights that are anchored to the user's thumb for stability or weighted gloves.
Wrist weights would probably be easier to use with VR controllers but that's not that important. I'm cautious because I'm not sure if it'd be better for the weight to be on the wrist or the hand for this kind of exercise.

What do you think?

I recently started using Horizon Workrooms on PC for work and absolutely love the setup. Yesterday, I dove in for a solid 4-hour session with the original head strap of the Q3 and it was fantastic. However, I noticed that I'm not getting any notifications for Microsoft Teams calls. Is this a common issue? I'm heavily dependent on Teams for my workflow and this could be a dealbreaker. Would love to know if anyone else has experienced this and if there are any workarounds.

Hi,

I was looking for a bluetooth pair of headphones for the Quest 3. My current AirPods Pro have terrible latency on this and I was reading that the Quest 3 has Snapdragon Sound support so the latency should be much improved.

I came across the EDIFIER W220T as they are officially supported and are not very expensive:

Has someone tried them? reviews in sound quality are decent but I will use them exclusively for the Quest 3 so I was wondering how well they pair.

I have previously tried the SoundCore V10 and returned them immediately, the sound quality was very laking and I don't have access to the Vega T1 as I am from the UK. Any other 2.4Ghz device won't do as they do not have USB-C passthrough so I am stuck with Snapdragon Sound (I won't go wired)

Good day guys,

Not trying to break any rules so I will not give self promotion details. Serious question - We are developing a Fitness based VR game. A proper one with real goal setting mechanics, huge gamification, the whole 9 yards. I would like to know whether you prefer to buy a game outright or rather have a F2P with in-game purchase and/or monthly subscription.

Side note: I see most games in this genre go for about $25-$30, so we would be the same it we go that route, otherwise I was thinking F2P with a $10/month sub for additional content.

If I am breaking any rules here, I apologize, I am trying to stay within the rules by purely asking the question. For me to ensure I build something the community really wants, I need to first know what they want.

This is what happen when trying to add another account to the quest. I try on phone/tab/pc, on chrome/edge/safari, quickly/slowly, with quest on/sleeping Nothing change, still the same loop for ever. What can I do ?

I can watch Netflix in my Windows 10 web browser of choice (Opera) but not in Metas Browser on the quest 3. When I start a movie on the quest it says "something bad happened, error code .... Please log out" every time. I logged out in the browser in the PC but still the same error. Any idea what's going on, how I can work around that?

Every option just goes back to the same screen, i have not tried sideload update yet. Should I try that or tried to get it repair from the vendor? (brought it when it was released, hopefully warranty still ok)
