You could try corectrl, don't know if it works with that GPU but it supports desktop AMD GPUs

Yes probably but using roots to refer to this is strange imo.
roots? rdna1 is ~4 years old, amd/ati has been making gfx cards for a long time.
The Vega 64 is about the same performance as a 1080 so I would choose the Vega.
I don't think there is a fix for zenbleed for consumer hardware yet, only for epyc. this is probably for something else, there was a tpm bug that was fixed recently.
I have a 12 drive setup in a define 7 (not xl) and it's working fine. As long as I keep the filters decently clean from dust the temps are fine.
Same, cant stand Samsung's bloated software not that pixel is perfect in this regard but miles better.

yeah I'm seeing the same thing on my tablet, on my phone it only shows while scrolling.
It was the cpu, returned it and got a new one and the problems went away.
