Australia (Sydney). A few years ago I went and there was a queue going outside the door and volunteers were telling people that it would take 30-45 minutes but to please stay in line. They were also handing out Tim Tams for people in line. I decided to try another polling station instead, which was 10-15 minutes walk away. There was no queue at all there so I was out within a couple minutes. So that one took the longest even though most of it was walking to another location. Wish there was a way to tell the people in that queue that other locations were empty.

I started a new job at a nice-ish office, next to a pretty fancy mall. On my 3rd day, my colleagues invited me to lunch at the food court of the mall. A couple hours later, I started getting nauseous and sweaty. Had to rush to the bathroom a couple times, which looking back I was lucky it was coming out of one end instead of two. After the 2nd time, I thought I'd chance it and rush home rather than having to go through another ~2 hours of this at the office. Luckily I lived close to the office back then so I was able to make it home. But in my rush I forgot to tell my manager, just told a coworker sitting near my desk I wasn't feeling well and left. I emailed my manager that night, telling him that I also wouldn't be able to make it in the next day. So my very first week at this job, I was only there for 2.5 days before getting sick for 1.5 days. Not the best first impression.

I didn't know until much later, but my manager told me that he thought I hated the job and was about to quit after a couple days.

Also he's now using MoYu instead of Gan?

I haven't watched the episode so I missed the fact that VM is back until I saw a YouTube video with a spoiler title. But holy hell I didn't know Cerkonos is that HOT! ❤️‍🔥

Did Liam skip that section or did he play a character?

None. I go to the kitchen to drink water when I need it. In the mornings, I may have a cup of coffee, which is the only drink I would bring to my desk.

Overall season impression: Not as strong as season 2 IMO. I feel like the Thordak and then Raishan battles were a bit underwhelming compared to the campaign/buildup. I guess it's difficult to show how smart Raishan actually was in a dragon battle, but the fact that it was basically a 1v1 against Keyleth was disappointing. It was such a huge battle that felt close to a TPK in the campaign, but it was nothing near that here. And also it felt like they're trying to make Percy's death bigger than what I thought it was in the campaign. I guess they want deaths to be more significant and have more impact than just Pike having Revivify, but it didn't really hit me emotionally (then again it might be my bias cos I never liked Percy that much)

I just bought MoYu Aosu V7 and Aochuang V6. Amazing cubes! After barely any breaking in, they've replaced by previous mains (MGCs)

That’s sooner than I thought!

I believe so, but I don't even remember what it was originally. Was it 18 episodes, 2 seasons?

Just copy-pasting the quote in the article:

Elden wasn’t invited to join the show at first…they had written in a cameo in the first episode to end the link between the shows and give the old fans closure, but they scrapped that in the new version.

– Charlie Cox on the original version they had for DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN:

Hence, the initial plan was to include a sheer cameo in the first episode, which would have explained why Foggy Nelson no longer remained the kind of staunch ally for Daredevil as seen in the first series.

While I'm excited for what this show seems to be now (closer to the Netflix series I'm hoping), I'm still a bit disappointed that they thought the original/early draft was their plan. In any case, super excited for this show; March can't come soon enough!

I’m from Australia and planning to travel to UK and Europe in March next year. Would love to watch a match and it seems that I can go to Sheffield United game (16 March). I’m assuming it’s impossible to get reasonably priced tickets for the Liverpool game.

I’m a bit confused about how this works. My understanding is that I have to get a membership to buy general admission tickets. But looking at their website, those are all sold out. Best bet seems to be hospitality tickets for £££.

Does anyone have experience with third party sellers? Would waiting for closer to the match for returned tickets be worth it? Or do I need to shell out for hospitality tickets?

And what happens if the game gets rescheduled to a completely different week and I’m no longer able to attend, do they refund?
