I'm inclined to say that he maybe the poster child, but don't forget the conditions at which the other justices came into power. It was pure one sided politics, and to assume that after two decades of stacking that court, that the others haven't wet their beak a little?

Just because Clarence Thomas is the more obvious one does not make the other ones implicit, no. But considering how obvious it is, how it's not really being challenged and that it could have been done much more discretely, I can't help but assume the entire ninth circuit is cooked and needs a dire reform.

No more lifetime appointments? Naw, more like prison for the rest of your life if you abused your position - even if you just got a donut for free.

No, but as someone who just dumped Nova after realising I've been given some company free reign of my device (because I've had it so long) I feel Neo is closer to being a more comparable feature set... though still not as much as Nova
