The Sound of Music, surprisingly. The first like 90% of the movie is them singing and frolicking through fields, then it ends with them being chased by nazis. It's such a radical shift in tone.

Have you ever heard of a champagne mango? My wife and I had them when we toured a farm in Hawaii where their goal wasn't actually to grow / sell fruit, but to replenish the nutrients in the soil that were wrecked by sugar cane plantations. Anyway, the guy pulls these mangoes straight off the tree and tells us they're really fibrous so you can't eat them like a regular mango, but you can mash it up in the skin then drink it like a juice box. He tossed me the one he was mashing up as a demo while explaining all this then told me to bite the top off and drink. As soon as my teeth broke the skin, juice started gushing out onto my shoes and the ground. The juice from that mango is easily like top 3 things I've ever eaten. Both the amount of flavor and the amount of juice that came from it were unbelievable.

What are you using a barometer for so frequently?

I have Guitar Pro 8 hooked up to Ableton Live

What do you mean by this? I use both programs but don't don't have them connected in any way so I'm curious on what I might be missing out on.

Is the channel you're talking about SaveAFox?

This would make a sick map in Tony Hawk Pro Skater.

I play beer league and am trying to get into better shape. I've watched this guy's youtube videos and it seems like his programs would be pretty solid, but I'd rather not spend $150 on it and it turn out to not be very good. I'm mainly looking at his Next Level Hockey Training 2.0 program. I've been doing the Gary Roberts program, but wish there was more weight training since I don't have a great base of strength at the moment.

Could someone explain what's going on here? I know very little about Formula 1, but this popped in my 'all' feed and I'm curious to know the context.

Yeah, especially with the stroke. Hopefully that was a one time freak occurrence and not a recurring problem for him. To be that young and have a stroke is scary stuff.

This is much more on a league perspective than a team perspective, but I'd say Kris Letang for the Penguins. He's had his ups and downs, but he's been the Penguins go to D-man for like 15 years. He's rarely discussed among the best defensemen in the league. Then again, maybe that's because he shouldn't usually be in that discussion and I'm just biased as a Pens fan.

How long are you resting between sets? The simple answer could very well be that you just need to rest longer between sets. As Dr. Mike Israetel explains in this video, there's no magic number for how long you need to rest. https://youtu.be/0FZf6nv_aGg

Meanwhile I would have been cold in a 7mm in those same conditions. When I was in Cozumel with my local club, most of the people were comfortable in either rashguards or shorties, but I started getting cold in my full-body 3mm by the end of each day.

Seeing any one of these things during a dive would be a highlight of my life. Being able to experience all of it at once puts this at the top of my scuba bucket list. Maybe one day...
