You should look up geofence warrants, that are now very, very common.
They can subpoena google or apple for anyone traveling through their jurisdiction to specific areas.
This would be better if they also limited their own terms in the bill
Walgreens tried to buy rite aid in 2016-2018. As part of that deal, rite-aid sold a bunch of stores in towns that only had the two.
Nothing in that bill talks about biometrics.
When the town I lived in got tasers, we were told they would ONLY be a last resort, to keep an officer from needing to use a pistol to stop a threat. The very next quarter, their training mostly covered how to use it to get compliance from suspects…

Every other OS has a single pass to update, and usually you can plug in repositories for applications to keep them up to date as well, all in one pass, with one command…
