My controversial way (probably will be downvoted) is with Premium to support content creators i enjoy.
But to answer your question; My understanding is Brave Browser (despite WebKit) and AdGuard with Safari also removes ads.

A side note it seems things are evolving quite rapidly in all things regarding Lemmy at the moment. So expect some bumps and overall weirdness. There is a great getting started guide written by admin that i highly recommend reading through if you need or want to learn a bit more about Lemmy. There is a ability, iirc for extensions to use your Mozilla Sync account for storing settings. However it´s up to each extension developr to include this.
