I had a similar experience and just started blocking all the meme instances. Much better so far!

I still do, but only read a few nosleep stories on my mobile browser before bed. If I had another option for spooky stories from indie authors I would quit completely.

I actually love a glass of iced milk. Gotta have a lot of ice so it doesn't melt too quick and get watery. Great beverage for a hot dessert.
