It's not faster than light speed. So not so sci-fi. But yes, with the current tehnology is not possible to make. BUT the theory checks out. Maybe in 50 years.

Especially if you have a chronic disease, I have non stop headeachs but a great boss and I'm a programmer (more flexibility), and man a day off or work from home, every 1-3 weeks are a god send. You don't even realise how bad you actually feel until you take a moment to breeth. My boss actually made me take my first day off when he saw how bad I looked and mental healthcare has been my priority ever since. Never forget to take care of your body AND mind.

Clickbait. The cpu is 7 nm, 5 years behind. They keep saying that it's shouldn't be possible like they made the holy grail.

Actually everything is soldered on the motherbord on the macbook. Even the wifi card and ssd. And to be fair more and more laptops are like that. I have a macbook pro m2 from work and a personal asus laptop. And the asus is alot faster. So no, I don't think you gain anything from a macbook. Also it has 2 ports, both usb c so you need dongles or docking station. Also also, a pc can be upgraded with everything you need/want. But everything except ram and ssds are overpriced there too. So a really shit timeline either way... Everyone but big companies win, so don't be a fanboy and research before you buy.

To be fair, both the macbook and nvidia gpus are overpriced

How would a guverment work without taxes? And if your argument is that a society works without a guverment, how would that work in regards to hospitals, firefighters, cops, social programs for the poor or homeless, etc?

Romanians, a long time ago, once made the ottoman empire scared because they spiked too many people. Wild stuff.

That is a very childish thing to say. Windows has A LOT of problems. But it easy to use. Linux is still a tehnical operating system. And not everyone has the time or the know how to use it. And I use both. Plus, the majority of laptops and pcs come with windows, and installing Linux is not that simple. It will be at least 10 years before it becomes a somewhat widely used OS, with the younger generations being more used to tehnology in general.

I guess in a way they are stuck to a form factor, as slim as possible. And they got stuck so they had to do something. But then why would they make everything locked to the system by hardware id. It just seems that they used the speed argument to justify anti consumer pactices.

This is an argument that just gets repeted. My question is this, is a macbook faster than a gaming pc? Because that has replaceble ram, cpu, gpu, ssd, etc. If yes, then please seek help.

That's from ESLint, not javascript itself. JS doesn't care about unused variables

Can? Very easily. Will? Probably not, this isn't reddit, and the whole point is not to be centralized.
