You hang them on a wall. Use the opener and the cap falls down into the little box. They are fairly common here in mexico but Im not sure if they are a worldwide thing.

Ha, totally! I guess I've seen showers like this one only on beach resorts/houses where tropical wood is probably easier and cheaper to get.
