A couple years ago I had a salesman try to use the "bigger screen" as the big selling point for going up in trim. I asked him why the hell would I want to take my eyes off the road to look at the screen while I'm driving. He said it was safer because I could see more, then I asked if that mean the cheaper trim didn't have the same safety standards as the more expensive one.
So anyway, the wife "convinces" me to buy the more expensive trim...
As far as I'm concerned the man point is tactile feedback. I don't want to have to take my eyes off the road to switch between screens and find the right menu item to turn on the AC while I'm driving.
I smoked for over 20 years, and spent probably 15 of those years trying to quit. When I switched over to a vape pen in 2014 I had to be very cautious about which cartridges I bought because of the obscene nicotine levels in some of them. I can't remember the name of the brand, but there was one that helped me quit because they had a lineup that had a really low level of nicotine in them. After a year I quit without a problem. Just over 8 years now since my last cigarette and almost 8 years since I threw out the vape pen!
It can help, but you have to be very careful which vape juice you use.

Deezer for music, then I rotate monthly between HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount, Peacock, and Starz. I'll be damned if I'm going to pay all them at once, so all they get is 2 months a year each.

It's one of my favorite games of all time. I think I played for a good 150+ hours and restarted half a dozen times with different builds before I finally beat the game. The same studio is the one working on Balder's Gate 3, which I'm holding off on until it's finished, but I'm really looking forward to eventually getting it.
It's not like they're asking it to go away or to be curated for everyone. They just wanted to differentiate the type of NSFW. Sometimes if someones in the mood the last thing they want to see is some poor bastard get splattered on a road, other times when the morbid curiosity hits you don't want to see someone showing their "OH!" face.
You tell them to curate their feed, and that's partly what they want to accomplish. Yes, there are tools in place to do it, but it's easier to find what you want by filtering down than it is to use some of the search tools.
My golf handicap is higher than the average score. I've played at 4 different courses and I go the driving range about once every 3 years. I should see if they'll let me become a moderator of /r/golf.
