I have a French Press, but I like cowboy coffee.

Quantity, and heat. Plus not using water to extract. Milk doesn't cut it in this case.

Thanks. I got a barebones VPS from Contabo.

My fiction writing site (www.gorillarepublic.co) runs off of Grav. I wanted to go DB free, so flat file was big, wanted to avoid WP and Ghost, so this became it. It's fast, light and works for me, thought it needed panel beating to where it is right now.

I'm late making up a cup of this. But I got it to work and want to share a recipe. This should be what I am drinking tomorrow, so I hopefully will post then.

My toe nail was like that. Introduced me to steel toe boots. Going to years now and its beginning to grow right. I feel you.

Did this in November. Then I got irritated by all the pain and removed the mangled nail, discovered pus and some liquid. Very painful. But it felt so good that night. Slowly watching the nail regrow.

I expected this. The coffee tastes like charcoal.

I've made progress in this whole situation, based on insight and feedback on this post, and will update tomorrow.

Nuts, right?

Tried this. Nothing. Boiled the water with the coffee in the microwave. Nothing.

Our culture is deeply rooted in milk. We make coffee with milk directly. It's a bit different from the norm, but for me, that rich milky thing is a big ticket item.

No. I mean that even ground coffee in a press blends/mixes in with hot water or whatever medium you are using. This, regardless of how hot the water is, in a French Press, boiled in a saucer cowboy style, or however else simply does not mix or blend. It just floats. I don't know how else to explain it.
