It massively depends on your local code enforcement officer. If they are a dick, don't buy the property. If you haven't met them yet, you will. You didn't say where you are, so ymmv. If you're in Maine, I dug my own, town approved primitive wastewater disposal, and could help.

I'm really excited to see that it's progressing! In particular, it is now possible to actually buy seed, which is a major development. Looking closer, however, you do need to apply and be licensed to do so. Found this to be interesting: https://kernza.org/wp-content/uploads/Obtaining-Seed-and-Becoming-a-Kernza-Grower-May-2022.pdf

Main takeaway; weeds are a problem, yields comparatively low. Royalties of $5/acre seems reasonable, assuming the seed is not massively expensive, and it actually takes & the plants live long enough. Wish I had the equipment & space to give it a try!

Often recipes are really inefficient and sequenced wrong... Read the whole thing and find the "long pole" , and do that first.. could be starting the oven preheat early, starting the rice cooker right away vs at step 6 or run things in parallel.

Unless baking or doing a watery/clear soup, never add just water. Anything with flavor that matches the style of cooking will be better.. could be just stock/boujong, wine, beer, cola or acids like vinegar or fruit juices, clam juice, etc. Anything liquid is an opportunity to add flavors.
