I am definitely with you, this is awful. I am a woman in a country that just voted to disregard me. I will be trying to zoom in and focus on what I can control, but the oppressive reality is going to demand more and more of my attention. Stress will kill a lot of us. Wow, that just makes me sad. I know they both did monstrous things to our society, but their tone in that debate is so far removed from our current xenophobic constant. Really just highlights how far the overton window has shifted, but doesn't make me change my mind about the current options being Nightmarish v. Palatable v. Impossible.
