I know this isn't Oakland but there are cute dogs.

Forums are alive and well when looking for car info. Whenever I get a different car I look for communities with the most activity and that is usually a forum.

The one exception I can think of (proving the post to be true) is the first generation Tundra (2000-2007). The FB group had more current news than the forums and I managed to get banned (first time ever).

"Sounds like we can't trust the IDF."

Fixed that for you.

I get the reference but it is odd that you connected this to that.

Where you circumcized after you became sexually active?

If not, how would you know there is no loss?

Reading the article, fees are reasonable ($99/yr) for single family homes.

The fees for apartments are $65/yr, which I question. How did they arrive at that price? How many rentals are in the affected area? Will renters care that much to pay any more fees?

I started typing everything below and then remembered most people that modify their exhausts want attention and most of these people with loud cars are young. They usually grow out of it.

I used a loud radio in my car to get mine when young. I still like loud music but keep it to myself.

I've almost always lived in places where there was a mechanical inspection or smog inspection. There were a few times I had to temporarily let my car be loud and I hated it. These times were only when I was waiting on parts or talent.

Some people play the cat-and-mouse game with loud, modified exhausts and fix them when caught. Others like to modify their ECU so the car makes popping noises when decelerating.

I had a No Mow Spring in my backyard. The yard was cut down less than a week ago because I could not go out there for 10 minutes without my eyes starting to hurt. It was worse if I tried to kill the invasives. My area has had a terrible allergy season.

It is mostly non-native grass mixed in with invasives. There is ONE native plant I put in. Baby steps. I will add a few more natives during planting season.

Someone is asking the real questions. The AI answer may be garbage but appreciate the initiative.
