My critical thinking led me to vote for the dems because i didn’t want to make things for my sister, who is transfem.

And whats exactly at stake for them? What rights of theirs can possibly compare to so many deaths? Would a handfull of their health care coverages become more problematic? unable to visit their loved ones in the hospital as a spouse? unable to file married filing jointly on their taxes? Pronouns not honored while working for a federal employer?

Tell me the top couple list of dangers so we can weigh that against our funding a genocide + the dems cozying up to the rich only while ignoring the lower and middle class. Let us all judge if you are measuring equitably for all humanity or else just looking out for your own pet interests. Lets see you prove yourself.

Doing it this way would cost the IRS less than the way our current system runs.

"pulling out all the stops" probably means removing the minorities and anti-fascists from the tesla payroll.

Its awfully close to a dumpster on wheels. Just needs some flames coming out of it and a bigger 'tesla' logo and it'll be perfect.

They took a side, its just not a side you'll admit exists.

When everyone loses faith in the current and future DNC to the point that accelerationism toward complete disolution of the US government seems like the only viable choice, this is what it looks like.

The DNC being in favor of genocide steered muslim voters to want to burn this whole place down. Can you blame them? And its similar for the working poor who are one toothache or splean surgery from living under a bridge. I dont blame them either. But you seem to.

The very visible nationwide rage at the United Health care CEO and the dems being out to lunch on working class struggles-- coupled with the losses across every single demographic shows that this is a universal truth that exists whether you like it to or not. And this isnt about healthcare, its about the entire system of government.

better a "leftist tankie" (your words) than fascist trash or a useless centrist with no beliefs.

Supporting what was an active genocide for some vague possibility of fighting against genocide 4 years from now is an example of cooperating with evil. Harris was explicit in stating that her unconditional support of far right Israeli leaders would continue.

Harris refusing to admit that what Biden was doing was genocide when her internal polling showed her it would cost her the race was also an example of cooperating with evil. Dont deny her her agency. Is she a leader and an adult or is she not. Pick one. Stop blaming the voters for centrists shitting the bed in so many ways and thereby losing this election. Own your mess. Representitives are supposed to represent the will of the people, not demand that it be the other way around while supporting far rightwing war crimes in an ostensibly left leaning party, for effs sake.

Depends on the severity of the single issue @plastic_ramses. Was slavery a 'single issue'? is genocide? Are they just 'single issues' like school vouchers and saving the spotted owl?

No they are not. I dont understand why you cant see that. Its not complicated.

Your whole argument is designed to excuse yourself from any critical thought and allow your leaders to shackle you to any outcome they please. And maybe thats all you're good for, frankly.

And anyone who votes for genocide without even bothering to vote uncomitted in the primary is a genocider themselves.

What if they make the trump face very very small?

[–] kreskin 2 points 4 days ago

To serve as a historic mocking of DNC incompetence in losing a race they could have chosen to win, I'd be in favor of it being carved. I assume Trump is collecting gofundme donations for this.

What do you bet they try to put him on our currency as well. Maybe a 3 dollar bill, or a new half-cent coin.

Despite repeatedly asking, I have never had a single one of these morons ever actually answer the question of how allowing Trump to return to power was in any way better.

Hello my partner in the democratic party, The floor is yours. Sprawl out on your belly and continue pounding the floor with both fists like the rest of your hostage taking ilk. If your side wanted to win, a win was in your grasp with a single announcement from Harris, she chose not to make that announcement. You never contest that point, why not? So yes we're here in the wilderness with you. Difference is, we progressives (whose votes you absolutely needed to win) have been here a while. Check out my camp chair and marshmallow stick, cool eh?

Say, what outcome are you hoping to achieve with this increaingly boring and pointless messaging ? Are you trying to get progressives to join a future genocide? I think history has shown pretty conclusively that thats not going to work. Anything else you need, party-brother?

I have a declaration of universal human rights that you might have never seen before, to pass the time. Or the works of Emmanuel Kant. Some stuff from MLK.
