Would anyone recomment an IP [#camera](https://social.hackerspace.pl/tags/camera) that will work purely locally, with no cloud etc connections, available in EU (PL)? Most likely will be inside, though in c/homeassistant

Yes. It doesn't matter if part of it is OSS. If one part isn't, that's a black box, which is a huge red flag.
