Sounds like a good opportunity to place some yourself. That would bring more geocachers in and could encourage them to place additional caches. I see nothing listed in the regional geocaching policies to discourage caches on or around campus.

Not only will his popularity increase, but this just motivated a lot of conservatives to actually get out and vote who otherwise wouldn’t have.
