It's simple. Meta does not do this because they are nice. Their goal is to collect data, grow the Market and remove competitors. This also includes appeasing (mostly European) Regulators by appearing nice.

Ich würde sagen die Begrenzung funktioniert einigermaßen. Statt umgefahrener Radfahrer nur ein paar kaputte Autos. Wer so eine Begrenzung übersieht erkennt auch die Radfahrer nicht.

Eine richtige und sichere Abgrenzung sieht dennoch anders aus. Wieder alles nur so halbgar gelöst.
