Just got Tropical Standard and had to try a drink.
5 drops salt solution 2 teaspoons white sugar 3/4 oz lime juice 1/4 oz luxardo maraschino 1 1/2 oz white rum 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
Dry mix everything but xanthan in blender. While still blending slowly add xanthan then 142 grams crushed ice. Garnish with cherry and lime wheel.
Perfect for a warm summer day.

I’m finishing up a bag of Crema’s Tres Banderas. It’s a blend of Latin American and African beans with tasting notes of chocolate and Carmel. One of my favorite bags of beans I’ve had in a while. It’s very tasty as a latte.
Also big fan of discussion posts like these. Fun to see what others are drinking. Maybe do this and a couple other topics once a month rotating and rotate them weekly.

That’s an awesome collection. I only have smugglers cove but it’s a great book.
I really hate how over bearing all the sports betting has become in the NFL and other sports and can see how it could be confusing for players. But if the rumors of him betting on NFL games, including Colts games are true, that’s past the point of a stupid mistake. He could be lucky to get away with just a year suspension.
Kinda seems like a no brainer for the nfl to have them do it with all that’s happening with them.
Shame Max will mostly likely be driving away into the sunset, but seems like the fight for 2nd will be good.
