What's interesting is that in the video, none of the questions even mention race, but you can see how the racial minorities are affected more than the rest.

I see a therapist who mostly specializes in trans and queer clients (and is non-binary themselves). This last session was a worry fest of my anxieties and them going "honestly? Same" so it was validating, but I'm not sure how much therapizing we got in, lol. Not to say they don't do a good job, just like, there's only so much y'all can say or do right now.
And we're not even American so I cannot imagine. Hang in there.

This isn't that exotic I guess but I had a customer at the restaurant that would smuggle in his pet rat (I worked the graveyard so usually nobody was around). Its name was Gizmo and it would sit on his shoulder under his sweater and he would feed it French toast. Sweetest little thing.
Omg my dream. We used to have some visit us at my old work and we would feed them grapes and give them a lil bowl to wash their grapes in. They were the cutest.

I'm not good at law but I have heard from people smarter than me that there are chances for at least a hung jury (I think could be retried) and there's also another option called jury nullification, where the jury essentially says, "yeah we know he is guilty but we don't agree with the law in this case" and acquits.
History offers one very good "right" way, imo.
