And tbf I don't think Boise is half bad either. But looking back on the postseason and seeing how anosu SMOKED ND, Oregon AND Texas (2,3 and 4 for those who didn't click the link) I feel like we should be given more credit for being able to walk away from that fight at all. OR this a reflection of the season as a whole in which case I still protest osu and ND being as high as they are with losses to unranked rival Michigan (still absolutely hilarious that it happened to bama btw) and 7th in the MAC NIU respectively, both at home.

Edit: But at the end of the day I do realize it is silly to be upset over what is effectively a popularity contest poll

Look I'm not a Nega Vol, I won't complain about a top 10essee. But behind Boise and ASU? Really? Like again they were conference champs and we got thrashed in the postseason. But still, c'mon man.

Honestly the talking heads just weren't kidding when they said osu has far and away the most talented team in the playoff

The playoff will give us more competitive games they said

Edit: that was a BOOMING kick off tho

I think someone just got stabbed in the stadium, that was an insane yell the crowd mic picked up

It's what happens when those new clock rules cant give us the 20 ad breaks per quarter that we NEED.

[–] g0d0fm15ch13f 2 points 22 hours ago

I feel like osu always manages to get a reciever open along the sidelines in that 10-20 yard range. Will always has a check down with seperation

OSU's Sunday roster starting to seperate

I love long drives, makes it so we don't have as many ad breaks

[–] g0d0fm15ch13f 2 points 23 hours ago

This is the oline play I wish we had

Is ND gonna play a Michigan gameplan?

Well yet another college football season is coming to a close tonight, so I figure it's time for me to finally announce winners for our prediction contest! Below you'll find a table with our top 5 results.

Actual Final Rankings [email protected] Score @[email protected] Score [email protected] Score @[email protected] Score [email protected] Score

As you can see, nobody even scored half the available points. Though there were some really good smart guesses. Essentially everyone got Oregon, but Miami and BYU did a lot of us dirty. Congrats to @[email protected] for winning! I've sent messages to the the winners for them to claim their corresponding gift cards. Thanks to everyone who played or just hung out with us this year. I love our little corner of the internet here, we've got manageable numbers of gator and tide fans. In all seriousness though, I do think that this community punches well above its weight in terms of quality content to active user ratio, and I hope that we continue to slowly build up our presence here. To that end, I'd also like to present this post as an open forum on our mod team (specifically me). This is my first time modding for a community, and even though we're small I want to provide a good experience to our users. Hopefully one day we're big enough to warrant actual moderation and I can take a step back, but until then I'm all ears if anyone has suggestions on what we can do for our community. Good luck this afternoon to anyone playing, and I'll see y'all for whatever off season drama comes our way.

And just to be totally clear, fuck that man with a mustard bottle

I love Vol Twitter embracing it's inner /b/. But I'll believe 30,00 in orange in the horseshoe when I see it.

I'll put up a post season poll after the dust settles. But here in my eyes, we're about to decide a National Champion baby.
