I have an MacBook Air intel (2020). I’m really tempted to just sell it or trade it in and get a m1 or m2 air. I have an m2 air for work. The only downside is 1 external monitor but I’ll probably never use it that way. I will miss being able to use virtual box. I know time is running out on the intel variants though.

I think I hit this issue before. If you’re using hdmi try using DisplayPort.

I like it. I’ve had it for like 2 years or so. Just switched to the unlimited plan and for me can’t beat the price and good coverage. One issue is Xfinity mobile support if you need it is very bad.

So I grew up as the internet started and I was first a huge windows user especially windows 95 and 98. At that time it was macOS 8 or 9 and I really despised macs at the time. Then in the late 90s and early 2000s I got into Linux. Then I found out about Mac OS X and I wanted one but couldn’t afford it. I finally got my first Mac at my first computer job. I feel like macOS has a lot of great upsides that Linux provides but a much more polished system and has better compatibility since it has office.

Most of my friends are windows people so I don’t really talk about macs. It’s funny though the same people do like their iPhones and iPads.

I use Xfinity mobile but it’s frustrating that if you don’t use the big 3 you can’t use the 0% financing now. Also most of the “deals” are for the big 3. Lately I’ve been buying from Xfinity mobile directly because of this.

Mandrake Linux 6.5. At the time I was drawn to it because they had a version that worked with the sims game.
