As others have said. If you feel like shit all day no matter how much you sleep then its most likely a diet issue. It's crazy how normalized completely shit diets are. Its not going to be easy to fix. You're going to have to do a lot of experimentation and research to see what works for you. I never really had a terrible diet and I felt okay most days. Never thought much of it but once I started to exercise more and looked into sports science on diets I realized how bad my diet actually was. After changing it and getting proper nutrition I was pretty shocked at how much better I felt. I was awake and alert all day and got great sleep. Definitely get a blood test or something. I also recommend doing some research on getting quality sleep. If you're getting a lot of sleep but its shit quality then it doesnt mean a whole lot. Consistent sleep schedule, eating at the right times, and managing the light you take in during the day can make a huge difference.

A lot of sites add things like that because on average it actually does increase orders and has no real downsides. Not at much with the newer generations but if your target market is boomers then it can help.

They are just now realizing the its extreamly difficult to actually make a profit with a streaming service. Most major ones like hbo max and disney+ lose billions a year. Netflix and hulu are the only ones that have been able to squeeze out a tiny profit.
If the recursive centaur recurses infinitely then would it be half horse and infinite centaur.

Thanks for the install app tip. Seems like it works a bit nicer. Hopefully jerboa or some other apps will be equal to the the 3rd party teddit apps soon
Might be the issue, might not but diet has a huge impact on sleep and energy. I know it seems kind of obvious but finding the foods that work right for your body and staying consistent with them will most likely fix your sleep patterns and general energy levels. Bowel movement timing and other aspects seem to be a good indicator of if my body is liking what im eating. I started a diet to help gain weight and was eating the same 3 meals every day and I was really surprised at how good I felt and how my quality of sleep was improving. Eventually I got bored of those meals and started to change things up but it had a negative effect on my energy. Its difficult to get right but once you do it is a game changer.
Apparently the EU passed a bill that would require companies to have batteries that could be replaced with no specialized tools and that "the process of replacement shall be able to be carried out by a layman". With a 2027 deadline
