Yeah too true. :( I was curious so looked up information to learn more. Here are two links in case anyone else is curious.
- Some history via Wikipedia
- Map of long-term water advisories via Government of Canada
I also don't know anyone who uses a Brita filter. I prefer tap water and have never had to boil it but I've mainly lived in large cities in southern Ontario, Canada.
However for a few months when I lived in a very small town (< 250 people) and the house I rented got water from a well -- at that point I drank only bottled water. The well water turned the shower wall orange so I really wasn't keen to drink it.
If you have any concerns let me know as I'd be fine to remove the post and make my own from scratch. :)
That's so dreamy that I created a feature request post linking to your comment. (I also did an @ you but not sure I did that right.)
Nice. I actually don't use Arch Linux but rather Garuda (a derivative of Arch) so I still find the forum helpful. :)
Those were just two random examples. It would depend on whatever rules/guidelines each community owner makes.
Basically each community can have their own rules.
- Some communities may allow swearing and some may not
- Some may allow 18+ content and some may not
- etc.
You still banned from playgrounds?
He proposed to me first.
{groomsname}, I'm pregnant; it's yours!
For sure. And that's why I deleted my two reddit accounts after first removing my content/upvotes/downvotes/saves etc. There's no stronger way to say FU to Reddit than to do that, but I would be surprised if enough of us have done that to make a dent.
I've been using Logseq for 3-4 months now and I love it. It takes a bit of getting used too, e.g., using the journal, but one can also use it as only a wiki if they prefer.
For me, I tend to do a mix of both. For information I want more organized, I'll update the specific page and otherwise I use the daily journal.
I also really appreciate the queries and addons.
Here's an excellent in-depth guide for beginners on getting started with Logseq. YouTube Video by Keep Productive channel is here
