Spirited away, just because I saw it as a child and it got me hooked on Miyasaki for life. It remains one of the most fun ones for me. It has the right balance between reality and fantasy, between fun and action/danger.

It also has that feeling of looking at a strange world as an outsider that I love, which is the reason I liked the first harry potter film/book for example. The wonder of a new, strange world with new rules that we do not comprehend.

I don't think they'd ever want to compete with consoles, but I could totally see them pushing apple arcade subscription with some tv friendly games.

Pressing the ps button opens the mac's launchpad on your end? It did that in mine, and I could select and run apps with arrows+x. But I don't know if chrome supports joystick controls. Maybe try steam big picture mode? I think it has a web browser in it.

Any extremist group can get a server and start a forum, and talk however they want. The point is not to try to censor them, but ignore their instances/users, so it becomes it's own bubble (same thing as them having their own forum).

Even if they do, they would not be able to force instance owners to update to the closed version. And people would take over the last available open source version and fork it. Also, a closed and open source version could co-exist, since the api is open.

I think so too, a good feature for the future would be redundancy and third party backups, so people can be held accountable. Or you could back up an instance in your own machine if you want. I thinl this kind of stuff will be developed in time.

Is it possible to move it to safe harbor enough to the point that we can share explicit piracy links?

So an m2 ultra gets 100+ fps at 1080? Nice! Yeah makes sense that it is not noticeable. I tried the game on crossover, and that setting does not cause slowdowns there. So it's a metal bug on frostpunk code.

Yeah things have improved a lot! And emulators like yuzu being open source really helps.
