What is your favorite thing to put on fries that isnt ketchup?

it isn’t a singular thing but i like Poutine. I think thats brown gravy and cheese curds.

otherwise, mayo + sriracha is good 👍

same here! confused why a 2018 Russian groups pop song became popular in 2024, but i guess that’s the internet 🤷‍♂️

I don’t follow Adin, or really anyone, but I also had that video show up in my feed today. Given what you said i wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same one just patched up and wrapped for the stunt. We didn’t see the interior in the video so it could still be rough. Looks all like a PR stunt and the truck isn’t actually being gifted. If it’s called into question it is easy to just say the gift was declined.

Given Musks character, if he was involved, he’d be right there with them delivering the vehicle.

Whatever the truth was, it was all awkward to watch.

Yep, but i felt really bad afterwards. Purchased tickets on American airlines on short notice due to the death of my wife’s close aunt. The trip had a connecting flight and our first flight got delayed by an hour (np plenty of layover time left). then when we land the plane taxied for over an hour giving us about 10 panicking minutes to make the connection, but if we ran we could make it.

we didn’t, The terminal was much farther than expected. in the rush, my wife lost her ID, which added to further frustration. maintaining decent composure up until we go to the AA desk to schedule our alternative flight. The flight we were supposed to go on was the last flight for the day. and the next one wasn’t until next day evening.

well that was not going to work because the funeral was in the morning. We asked if we could fly to another city (equidistant to rural home) but the clerk was really firm on that the flight had to be to my destination. after all, our bags made it there.

that was what cocked the hammer back for me. I asked to speak with someone higher and they gave me a number, and boom i was pretty irked and very rude to the service rep who had the patience of a saint. She did get us on the soonest flight to the other city. My wife was crying with relief and i was sobbing my gratitude and apologizing for my behavior. the Service rep brushed it off like it was business as usual and tells me to have a nice flight.

Aside from having to go purchase new clothes at 1am, we made it to the service a few hours later.

Now that you mention that… I feel like a bad boy breaking the law on my Motocompacto 😎. I am a threat to society as i bob and weave through both pedestrian and vehicle traffic at the high octane speed of 15mph signaling my presence with rings from my tiny bell. Only potholes and inclines of more than 10 degrees stand in my way. Once I reach my destination I instill psychological terror to those in the area, forcing them to determine if i just rode in on a suitcase or a white folding table.

On the matter, i like/dislike lime and adjacent groups. i like they provide decent alternative transportation in urban environments, but dislike that they often clutter walkways, sometimes get ripped up and tossed about, or are abandoned into the local rivers.

Pretty cool lookin though

ill agree to that. With the exception of a he Portal games for some reason, Fps Source engine games feel off on consoles.

Unless I’m reading it wrong, the compatibility page says the orange box is compatible with series x. you just need a physical copy.

searched Orange here https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backward-compatibility

i’m not sure where my wife picked them up but the sugar granules i used were a lot bigger than typical white sugar and admittedly may not have given them enough time to break down. I haven't used a custard base, but id like to sometime! As for what base I use, it is usually 40% cream, 40% while milk, and 20% sweetener and flavors. I don't stay true to it most of the time just because I like to play around and see what outcomes I get.

brown sugar with corn syrup sound like an interesting combo. i may try that next time

thanks for that info! i picked it up on a friends suggestion and haven't tried it in baking with it. syrup is a good idea!
