I am trying to finish up all the achievements in Madden 23 right now and boy is it a grind. Anyone else who has done this knows how long you have to play each superstar star mode for, which in itself wouldn’t be so bad if the cutscenes and glitches weren’t equally as frequent. I found that you always have to simulate practice or the game the decides that all of the sudden you are a QB.

But anyways, I made this post to talk about the penalties in SS mode, especially as a running back. Or I guess the lack or penalties I should say. It’s so fun to run out on a pass play, see the QB tuck it and run and then just indiscriminately hit people. I have allowed my teammates to get so many big gains because I don’t get called for clipping or blocking in the back of when I should, it’s amazing.

Instead of cluttering up the feed with a bunch of posts since everything is a drip feed right now, I thought I would create a mega thread and post all cuts/trades from today here. If you see something happen that I don't have on here, let me know and I will add it to the post body.

• OL Kendrick Green was Traded to the Houston Texans for a 2025 6th round pick

The Steelers cut another 10 players Monday morning, including ILB Tanner Muse and S Kenny Robinson.

Both players have had strong camps and played well during the preseason, so Pittsburg might be hoping these guys clear waivers and can be added to the practice squad.

Steelers fans knew this was coming, it was just a matter of when. The teams ended up swapping picks this and next season, with Pittsburgh getting a 2024 4th rounder and a 2025 5th rounder, while the Rams get a 5th rounder in 2024 and a 6th rounder in 2026.

Dotson most likely isn't going to be making a push for the starting lineup, but he should be able to provide valuable depth at both center and guard as long as he remains healthy.

I think everyone knew it was going to happen. Add Dotson to the list of Steelers lineman that was being considered a saviour of the team before even getting a regular season snap, only to get cut or traded.

The Steelers announced that they have cut receiver Dan Chisena, defensive back Nevelle Clarke, linebacker Kuony Deng, cornerback Madre Harper, defensive lineman James Nyamwaya, kicker B.T. Potter, linebacker Forrest Rhyne and long snapper Rex Sunahara.

I’m a little surprised that they made these cuts already, since yesterday Tomlin said he wanted to wait as long as possible.

I don’t know how to make an actual game thread with stats and scores and stuff, but we can still talk about it here!

I bought this used desk a week ago; it had been disassembled and sitting in storage. While bringing it home, some of the cam screws got bent quite a bit to the point where I can’t fit them into the actual locking part of the screws.

The only solution I can find is to replace all the cam screws and locks, but the screws have what seems like a drywall hook on them? It’s making it impossible to take them out, plus they don’t have a screw head visible instead it’s just a little hole.

Does anyone have an idea on how to take these out so I can replace them, or any other ideas how to get this desk together? I think the actual locks are worn down as well, since the only piece I could get attached wouldn’t actually lock into place.
