I'm afraid you're wrong with that. Mexico is buying more than ever directly from China retailers. Sales have skyrocketed since pandemic started. Chinese online retailers like Shein, AliExpress, and now Temu are mainly at the top of online retailers charts in Mexico.

That definitely isn't Android TV but a generic Android device with vanilla software. You could install some streaming apps but not being Netflix certified, you won't get HD and 4K content on that service. Besides, it's quite an old Android OS version, so you could have some incompatibilities.
