But seriously, at the very least, Ted's reputation seems to be as a pretty tech-savvy guy (by owners' standards, which considering half of them are crypt keepers who still need their emails printed, is a pretty low bar), so I could see him moving towards this model sooner rather than later.

I'm just happy that it looks like this front office heard our screams of "shit or get off the pot." I don't care that as much that the return is pretty underwhelming and it's overall an exercise in atrocious asset management from the previous regime, it at least signals that they're not content with sneaking into the play-in anymore
