Toți fură la un moment dat. They all steal at some point. Peer pressure from their colleagues, most of which corrupt, influence this as well. As others said, at some point it becomes normal for the person, thinking they're doing something right, especially when they argument that "it's for the family"

I keep notes as wiki-like pages. It's incredibly useful to have specific, contextual documentation that makes sense to me. I can share it to people as well, but that takes some molding.

Museumtv.art sources (www.museumtv.art)

Hello,

I am trying to find sources for the Sketchbook series over on Museumtv. I've searched the usual sources and nothing came up for this seemingly obscure website.

I have a trial account on it but it's gonna expire soon, and manually downloading the m3u8 streams and stitching them together (no master m3u8) is a pain.

I appreciate any help!

Try Firefox, ditch Google, use uBlock Origin/piHole. Don't download random stuff from the internet.

Keep exploring and you'll run into them eventually!

Alright, thanks anyway

Thank you for clearing it up. Unfortunately it does seem like another research dead end

Do you happen to use Omnivore on android too? If so, did you ever happen to have trouble syncing deletions/saved articles between them?

Anyone with a proper background would be kind enough to speculate whether this could lead to a possible cure?

Lucky you got down before you had no more brakes. Life is dangerous, take care. That forest track looks very tempting to ride on. And you never know who you'll meet in the forest! Once I met a local woodsman who taught me how to look for edible mushrooms.

8 hours? I would kill to get 8 hours battery life.

The dishonored universe is constantly residing in my head. One story I think would be interesting is where Corvo uses the cut power (Void House) that allows him to take a respite from battle. It could be set in a canon level or a random encounter that leaves him pretty shaken up, so he needs to recover. If you want to see what I'm talking about, here's a link.

Sysprep can reset the activation clock a max number of 3 times. You can set SkipRearm to 1 and it no longer does this, but of course the activation clock isn't reset, which 'defeats' continued reactivation. You learn something new every day I guess. See Serverfault - Does doing sysprep too many times cause issues?

Any tips and tricks? (self.thelongdark)

Have you got any essential or lesser known tips and tricks for this game? I'm currently playing on a custom Voyageur run to get the hang of the regions. I'm at day 36 and ventured out from Desolation Point to Hushed River Valley, got attacked by a moose and almost died. Things are going well! That said, I would appreciate some interesting tips!

Hello,

I was wondering if there exists any objective, high-quality guides to doing various human-stuff like showering, properly eating, integration in society, basically anything that can be thought as interacting with the real world.

Maybe there's a wiki for such stuff? A weird request, for sure, but I am wondering if there's an overall better way to do common stuff.

I've found the worst case scenario handbook to be very useful, but more material is always better.

Thank you for your replies! I learned a lot of useful stuff here. Also, the context is simply that I want to know if there are more efficient ways of doing things. Initially I was looking for a highly curated collection of things, but I realized it's simply not possible to give a complete primer on life. That's what other people are for. Thanks again for all the help.

One of my favorite pieces of lore from the game is The Metaphysika Mysterium, which says the following:

It is said that we should not sully our hands when combating the forces of the Void. My studies have been deemed heretical by my brothers, but the rewards have been invaluable. I have harnessed the same energies employed by the Outsider and his accused followers while avoiding their corruption.

This work implies that an Overseer somehow managed to acquire powers, while supposedly remaining true to.. Well, loathing the Outsider?

It goes on detailing the author's methods:

Indirection: As the unwholesome powers of the Outsider use living flesh as a conduit, we can avoid being tainted by using the flesh of others instead.

Containment: By using Channels and Barriers we can focus these Void energies in a raw state, shielding them from the perverse perspectives of the Outsider.

This, for me, is a very interesting piece of trivia. What if the Abbey accepted these kinds of studies, and more overseers began wielding powers similar to Corvo?

Let's say for the moment that the Abbey is facing an all out war with, for example, the Howlers, and it's going very bad for the Overseers. Wouldn't they, in all their desperation, turn to the Metaphysika Mysterium in order to level the playing field?

I don't know exactly what to make of all this, but I'll say one thing: Void-touched Overseers would be pretty damn cool to see.

What are your favourite locations/regions in this game?

Mine is definitely the Lonely Lighthouse out in Desolation Point. It's such a cozy little place and a cool shelter to have. Desolation Point in general is an interesting region.

Hello everyone! What are some fast growing leafy plants that could extend from wooden supports every 4 Meters or so? I'm looking to make a pretty long natural walkway with some sort of shade overhead. I think fast growing plants are the best option. Is there something leafy enough to cross 4 meters?

I'm in a wet temperate climate.

The newest 'old' laptop? (self.recommendations)

I'm talking abundant I/O, great repairability/easy to open, maintain. A laptop from back when laptop manufacturers didn't hate us.

The closest I got was a dell latitude 5500 which has decent I/O and a pretty modern processor.

If Lenovo were to make a modern T42 or something like that, not sparing the ports.
