I've worked out every day the last few years. At this point the habit is so strong, it's not about "what keeps me going" but "what could stop me from going" -- I've had all the excuses in the world to miss a workout. It's just a part of who I am now.

It's going to dip again when third party apps are shut off. Personally I'm still browsing Reddit to check in on the drama on /r/ModCoord

replace the "1" in the url with "0" -- so "/page/1" turns into "/page/0"

it's an easy bandaid until they fix it!

52 million from 55 million is actually a significant percentage. Yes it's still a big number, but it's pretty significant.

The 5K, half marathon, and 10K predictions would all be significant PRs for me. strangely the marathon estimation is the only one that's slower than my actual race time

they had to sign a waiver that mentions the possibility of death 3 times on the first page to dive in a vehicle that has never been safety certified and that was criticized years ago by almost 40 experts in a letter to the CEO. who is more insane? this safety mission will cost a fortune regardless of the outcome.
