I don't want to support a company that conducts itself in a predatory manner nor encourage other sites to enshittify themselves. The idea that the drop in traffic will further devalue reddit gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.

I looked up the article and it says they're limiting users with an adblocker to 3 videos pet day. They're testing it out on select users for now. Enshitification is killing all the sites I actually use(d) all at once
I have the lower tier subscription to HBO max because the adblocker kills the ads. After the rebrand, the ads came back. Updated extensions and poof. Gone again.
