But for those who are at retirement age, the only way to get it again is to be hired again, which wont happen for atleast 4 years

Its technically quitting which means pension is removed. The only way to keep a government pension is to retire from the government with x amount of years. I forget the base amount, but this is why people will work for the government for a while, go to contractor to make a shit ton more, then go back into the government to retire.

Not the best option because if you resign, you then lose your pension (what is left of it). Best bet is to hold out as long as possible then just retire

Sounding like two birds one stone... lets funnel more cash to Ukraine and remove Russia's and North Korean armies in one swoop...

Amendments can only be taken away through a 2/3s vote in congress. Being that the split is damn near 50/50 he will never get the votes to remove the Amendment. Executive orders cannot supercede amendments either.

Yeah, still not sharing domestic intelligence under the guise of FVEY. Its still illegal for CIA and NSA to handle or hold domestic intelligence

Because most of the intelligence we spend on is foreign. Most domestic intelligence is blocked by section 702

For some people, there is no addiction. I would swap between coffee and tea for my morning drink, but it was never an energy boost, just a warm drink for the winter months. Aside from that caffeine has no effect. I stopped drinking both cold turkey in an attempt to cut back on my sugar consumption and had no withdrawals.
