It would still be up to the admins/devs to introduce those features to their respective instances. There is nothing preventing the integration of innovative features whilst still keeping the instances entirely separate.

Personally, I think the grammar bots fit right into Reddit culture.

Everyone is a smarty-pants on Reddit!

I do hope that people respect the instance hosts and go easy on the trivial bots when it comes to Lemmy though.

I heard that lemmy will upvote anything. This is literally just a can of fucking beans in c/lemmyshitpost
