This is something I've thought about a lot. I've thought about using smaller pokemon since maybe they need less food or grass types for their photosynthesis. I'm still not sure. I've also looked at trainer classes and went with backpackers since they are younger versions of hikers. They usually have one pokemon and a big backpack which makes sense for a journey. And I'm a fan of doing solo runs in the games. If anything I could do a liligant and a fire type for a small sunny day team or something.

That's the problem with a full team, they are expensive to take care of. I don't know how trainers care that much food for themselves and their Pokémon plus other supplies.

The food may note be expensive but they are also shown eating berries with them. In the shows how healthy a pokemon is shows how strong they are. Pokemon also eat a lot, I don't know how often they eat but their bowls are over flowing with food.

Yeah a lot of people would have to play like an NPC with anywhere from one to three pokemon. Taking care of 6 is hard. Different types have different foods they like and needs. You will also have to carry that with you plus your supplies. If it was up to me I'd sstay with one pokemon only. I'm a fan of solo runs, its just hard to pick only one.

I thought they were enjoying the sun until I looked closer

I don't mess with mods too much. I usually use the mods option in game and use some visual mods. I usually start fresh builds but there are some builds I keep coming back to like using no armor and just a sword with defensive magic.

Cool I'll look him up. Thanks

Yeah I thought that would be the case but its fun to think about in different series. I mostly did it with skyrim and moved to Pokemon and other ttrpgs

OK I've been watching videos about realism in fantasy. Some feel like they are for larks but they have good info. So things like weapons armor weight, what would be good to use, and what to bring. Since I've seen these videos I fell in a rabbit hole so things like that stay in the back of my head. Back to pokemon, carry weight, food , and what they bring rarely gets brought up. Also you would need a lot of food for pokemon depending on size and team size everyday on your journey. I would like a pokemon survival game or something like it

That's very cool. I have a weird question I like adding realism to games. Would it be a good idea to add carry weight or leave that to the players if they want to. Or using pokemon trained templates I found online. Its just a small grip I have with games

I like how colorful the resources are. I also haven't seen anyone do mystery dungeon.

Is this still in the early stage like beta

Agreed. I love their evolution line. I just wish they made him taller.
