No need for any framework, moral is just; what is right, and what is wrong.
Edit: every one can have their morality of course, there isn't one that is "perfect" or even agreed upon. That is why we have different scools of Philosophy for example.

Moral is about what is right or wrong, not about a communities establushed rules.
