Why all the hate on roran? (self.allaboutfantasymedia)

In a world of dragons, magic, elves and whatever else, it seems really weird to hate on Roran for the feats he’s accomplished. Why all the hate?

[–] TwilightGirl1992 1 points 5 days ago

Hmm. Interesting. You are correct, in your logic though.

[–] TwilightGirl1992 1 points 5 days ago

It’s a riddle Oric gave to Eragon??????????? I think??????? In Eldest.

The answer, if you’re curious, is volcano. I just wanted to see if anyone else could figure it out. :)

Christopher Paolini posted this on X a little while ago. Do yall know what it says?

You’re welcome! They have dupes already for Melanie Martinez’s Portals Parfums so they’re really fast at making fragrances. Thinking of giving Mii.Mii.miic a shot soon.

Miimiic and Dossier are the ones I see talked about all the time.

Eragon remake. (self.allaboutfantasymedia)

What, if anything, are you looking forward to in the Disney Plus remake of Eragon? Me, personally? I hated Galbatorix and the way he was in the cursed movie. Then, there’s Angela. She doesn’t talk in the third person! And, as the books go on, she has more of a prominent role. But the movie makes it seem like she’s just some random person Eragon happens upon. So now I leave it to you to tell what you’d love to see in the remake. 😊

It’s been 2 months since Christopher Paolini published Murtagh and I wanna know if anyone has read it. Without spooning anything, what do you think? If you haven’t, why?

The most exciting fragrance I ordered was the Cry Baby Perfume Milk dupe by Fragrant Body Oilz. I believe I posted a review here but if not here it is. It’s a beautiful strawberry milk scent. It gives me vibes of a fairy sworê and you’re in the woods eating a strawberry covered in caramel. Does it make sense? No!!!!! But whatever. I got this fragrance in December and I love it!!!!! I don’t do scents based off seasons but I’d say this is a winter/early spring scent. It’s really woody and cozy. I don’t even care if it’s an exact dupe to the original Cry Baby because it smells that good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought the body oil a few days ago and it finally arrived yesterday. I thought I was getting the perfume oil but nope. That was my mistake, not theirs. After the disappointment at myself faded, here’s what I think. First, let me say I have never smelled the original. To me, this is the original. lol. I’m not sure what notes they use, but I smell strawberry, something woody, and caramel. I know the original has strawberry, milk, forest fruits, baby powder, and caramel. I’m sure the FBO impression is probably similar. I imagine someone wearing this when they’re having a stressful day and they need to wind down and feel confy. It gives me Christmas vibes. Not sure why, but alright. I’m not sure what, if anything, I should pair with this. I don’t have anything in my collection that would match, so I think I’d wear it alone. If you need your Melanie Martinez fix and don’t wanna spend $500 on a bottle of the original fragrance on eBay, give this a shot.

Crybaby perfume milk. (self.fragrance)

Hi!! This is my first post so please be nice. I must live under a rock cuz I learned yesterday that Melanie Martinez has a fragrance called, well, title. Can’t find it anywhere. Learned it was discontinued. 😩😢 so I found a dupe called Sweet Strawberry Milk from MIIMICK. Has anyone smelled it? Or do y’all have the og? Are they dupes?

I’d love to wish a happy birthday to Renesmee Carlie Cullen and her mom, Isabella!!!! I know the contriversary surrounding Renesmee especially, but I love her, and she needs more love. I hope her birthday is as special as she is. As for her mom, I hope that her forever is a blissful one, and that she’s happy.

I know about munches, and I’ve heard that some people have, say, little parties or pet plater parties, and that actually seems like a lot of fun.

[–] TwilightGirl1992 1 points 11 months ago

I understand that. I’ve seen a lot of “if you don’t do XYZ, you can’t be into BDSM.” That is simply not true. You can do whatever the hell you want, and be into whatever you want. It’s good that people are realizing they don’t have to fit a certain mold to be a part of the community.

“One big other thing I’ll add is show up to a munch first. If people only see you at the parties you’re starting on your back leg in the community. Someone who shows up to stuff they can’t get laid at is more trusted than someone who doesn’t.” Thanks for this. I’ve never been to a dungeon either, which is partly why I posted this, as opposed to the more genaric “what have your experiences been?” posts. Your comment seems to be most of what people say, too. It’s kinda a shame, in my opinion that power exchange isn’t more focused on, though I also see why it isn’t.

I most certainly just downloaded the app. I’m so excited about what’s to come. :)

Well, we’re glad you’re here.

Peeves!!!! More of Luna. Voldemort’s memories and Dumbledore’s past. Also, they fucked up Grinduald’s redemption ark in the movie.

What they can keep: The wand-breaking. My besty and I have very different oppinions about this, but mine is that I liked it. Think about it. If Harry becomes a dark wizard catcher, he can pretty easily be disarmed and lose the elder wand, even if it’s stashed in Dumbledore’s office. Broken, it can never be found and no one will ever have it. Going backwards a bit to The Goblet of Fire, Dumbledore screaming at Harry can fucking go. And then there’s the overly crazy dragon scene. Yikes. It didn’t happen like that. Oof. Also, the subplots are just as important. Yet they’re hardly touched on. Order of the Phoenix was fine. Let’s keep movie Sirius though. Book Sirius is too grumpy. Also, much as I hate his death, I hate even more that it was done wrong in the movies. Half-Blood Prince was too comedic and focused too much on relationship shit. Deathly Hallows was fine. Deathly Hallows 2? My only complaint is that Voldemort was not a god, and shouldn’t have died like one.

That’s it. I realize this was kinda all over the place but yeah. Those are my thoughts and I’m sticking to it.

First, I’m impressed with that series!! It’s such a great book!! I would start reading and then, before I knew it, hours went by. 🛡️⚔️ Now, Admitedly I knew how it would end. Thanks, Reddit. But I also wanted to see it for myself. I absolutely loved the fight scenes. Especially when Roran was fighting. He’s a great warrior!! Mertagh, I like, but that’s because he does kinda redeem himself at the end, and I’m beyond grelieved that he changed his ways. I was scared for a bit. There’s something that happens in the second book that scares me to death, and I really don’t wanna see it in the Disney Plus series that’s happening, but I feel certain that we will. My besty said Inheritance gets gruesome but I didn’t have a problem getting through it. I can’t wait for Mertagh to come out. I’m also excited to see what he has planned for Angela.

CW: vampire dismemberment. Twilight fact: Vampire venom is like glue. When a vampire looses a limb, if they get their limb back, all they have to do is lick the part where the limb attaches, then reattach the limb in question. This does not work on hair. Sarah, a newborn in Eclipse, got into a fight and had a bald spot… at least till she was killed. Source: Eclipse/The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner.

Let’s celebrate. If you like Harry Potter what’s one grypé you have with the series? Something you like about it and wish it was explored more?

Pretty self-explanitory. I love Twilight, Harry Potter; and the Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini! I can’t wait to finish the last book in the series and to see what Disney Plus does with the series. It’s gotta be better than that thing we don’t talk about. Lol. As far as Twilight goes, I’m team Alice. I won’t judge if you’re not, though. Haha. My favorite book in that series is probably the first, just because that’s the most mysterious. Favorite movie is probably Breaking Dawn 2, because I love Renesmee and I love/hate the battle at the end. Harry Potter is tricky. Love all the books and movies for different reasons, but my least favorites are Half-Blood Prince and Goblet of Fire. The ladder because insert the infamous “Dumbledore asked calmly” meme here and also, it just had a lot of unnecessary dragon stuff. And property damage. Half-Blood Prince is because it hardly focused on who the prince was. It was all about relationships and the romance. Also, the random destruction of the Weasley house made no sense to me. So anyway, what about y’all?
