You could try running a server with geyser. It's a plug-in that allows bedrock players to connect to Java servers.
It might not be super lucrative, but you could make retro graphic packs and put them on sale for people to use.

You have to download it and put it in the plugins folder. There's also a list of compatible peripherals on the website.
That's a plug-in though, there's no way to do it in vanilla.
