Well you know, sometimes you meet people and there's a chemistry, and you're maybe not sure what kind it is.

Before I can advance my interest, I discover they're off the market anyway. More friendzoning than formal rejection. Not that I mind having friends.

Weird, because my experience with science and mathematics is that everything I learned only leads to more questions. I personally preferred taking a small chunk of that knowledge and using it to do real-world stuff which was always surprisingly complicated but satisfying. An engineer that "guesses" is not a very good one IMO lol

Ahahaha me (Shy Girl) saving up years' worth of confidence to overcome anxiety, but waste it ALL on someone who mentions their s/o 30 seconds into the conversation. Every. Single. Time x.X

I think what is really happening is seeing or discussing the fake cornucopia version implants that false "memory" in our minds, because it seems so appropriate. It would almost be a better logo, IMO.

But I can't say that I would have mentioned a cornucopia associated with the brand before seeing this post. Very interesting psychological phenomenon none the less.

That is what my therapist says. It's true, and it's rational way of looking at things.

But damn. When I think about living alone, and I see and hear so many people who live with their s/o or roommates, I don't care in how many other ways their life may be a dumpster fire. Some needs are just basic and common to practically everyone (even if they don't realize that). Just one example - my life has many... deficiencies.

I'm working on it. Tomorrow I meet a local trans woman who I might move in with as a roommate <3

It really sucks. We have a great dynamic and she has helped me so much over the last year, words can't express.

I think it's great. My block-list is filling out nicely. Hope the trolls keep exposing themselves in such brazen careless fashion :)
