That's super interesting! And the point of my comment was actually to find out interesting things so yeah, your reply was totally in the spirit of things.
I've thought about getting an air fryer just for this. I usually use the oven or toss it in a pan.
If I'm having leftover pizza for lunch while smoking a brisket or ribs I'll toss a couple of slices on the smoker on an uncoated paper plate. That's actually my preferred method but I refuse to crank up a smoker for leftover pizza.

This is a HUGE reason. I didn't know when I first signed up for Lemmy that I was on what is essentially a tankie instance. I didn't know when I signed up for Pixelfed that I wasn't going to be able to see shit because the first server I signed up for wasn't really federated with anyone and I've mostly given up on it. I still can't see a bunch of stuff on Mastodon without switching through several accounts with no rhyme or reason.
I've said before that I obviously like it here because I'm using the services, but it's not easy. Most people don't know about the fediverse, and most of those that do want to be passive about maintaining their social media. Most of the fediverse is built for nerds.
I miss those little Datsun pickups. About the size of an S10 and you could beat the absolute hell out of them and they'd still run.
Same with the 70s Ford Courrier. My buddy had one that I know for a fact he rolled. Cracked the door so you had to slam it to get it closed. Sumbitch kept running.
There are still a couple running around, mostly with day old accounts. They claim they're being banned for holding that stance but from what I've seen they're getting banned for being inflammatory dickholes.
